Duties and Responsibilities

You contribute to enable our customers to digitize their processes.
As ITSM developer, you are responsible for the analysis and implementation of technical concepts, in detail development of processes and interfaces in our successful ITSM software helpLine.

You are also responsible for creating time estimation, in order to manage your workpackages in time to budget.

You Offer


You have an IT qualification with at least 2 years job experience or a computer science degree and have already gathered some practical experience in the area of software development in C# and MS SQL.

Know How:

You have a solid expertise of databases (MS SQL or Oracle) and in development of Enterprise Service Software with .Net, C# and MS SQL. In addition, you have basic knowledge in IT process analysis and modelling. An ITIL or PRINCE2 qualification would be an advantage.


You are motivated and have a passion for software. You know what you want and know what it means to solve the challenges that arise in a team. You are capable of understanding the business context of a solution and you encourage open dialogs with the clients. In addition, you see continuous training and personal development as an enrichment and exciting challenge.
